The Gokyo Valley Chola pass  and Everest  Base cam trekking one of the best and challenging  offers an brilliant view of Mt. Everest  with all Himalaya  range at your touching distance. Which  is  you will have the get your life time knowledge in during that trek  . This trek is another way of classic everest base camp trek and highest  trekking peak kalapather 5545m. We pass through the Sherpa traditional and adventure   villages- Namche Bazaar and Khumjung to the Gokyo Valley and the Ngozumpa Glacier, the largest in Nepal Himalaya. . A scramble ascent nearby Gokyo Ri (5483m.) gives closer view of the world’s 6th highest peak, Mt. Cho Oyu (8201m.). A high altitude trekking option is available here, crossing Chola (Chhugyuma) at 5420m, a high pass into Khumbu region. Descending to Phortse, make a high traverse to the village of Pangboche and climb on towards Everest Base Camp. The return route leads through Dingboche and Tengpoche before descending the Khumbu Valley to Lukla.

Day 05: Trek to Syangboche, Rest/Acclimatization and Back to Namche Bazzar- approx 3 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

  • Jeans or slacks
  • Towel and toilet kit
  • Underwear
  • Gloves or mittens
  • Sleeping bag, warm to 20 degrees F, either down or fibrefill (or you can rent one in Kathmandu)
  • Parka, down or fibre fill; a ski jacket is ok
  • Sweater, wool shirt or acrylic pile jacket
  • Duffel bag, canvas or nylon, without a frame (for porters to carry)
  • Daypack or rucksack, waterproof, for you to carry
  • Water bottle 1 liter or 1 quart; be sure that it does not leak
  • Flashlight

We INSIST that an appropriate insurance policy is taken out which covers travel in isolated and mountainous areas, and which also includes helicopter rescue.
We recommend that you consult a reputable travel agent or insurance specialist.

Health Issues
We recommend that all clients consult their doctor to discuss the health issues associated with their trek. We also recommend that clients bring their own personal first aid kit to supplement the comprehensive first aid kit carried by the Trek Leader

Vaccinations Required
Please ensure that you allow at least 1 month to complete a course of vaccinations. Whilst your personal doctor will be the final authority,
