Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our team will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel. Take this day to rest, acclimate to the local environment, and prepare for your upcoming adventure.

Day 02: Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding

Catch a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where your trek begins. From Lukla, embark on a picturesque trail to Phakding, a charming village nestled alongside the Dudh Koshi River. overnight stay at Phakding.

Day 03: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (Elevation: 3446m)

Distance: Approximately 6.2 miles (10 km)
Estimated Time: 5-6 hours
Terrain: The trail starts with a gentle ascent along the Dudh Koshi River, passing through small villages and crossing suspension bridges. The trail then gradually ascends, leading you through beautiful forests and offering occasional views of Mount Thamserku. The final stretch involves a steep climb up to Namche Bazaar. after arrival in Tea house lodge check in room. overnight stay at Tea house lodge.

Day 04: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

During your acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar, it’s essential to give your body time to adjust to the higher altitude before ascending further. Here are some activities you can do on your acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar:

Hike to Everest View Hotel:
Take a hike up to the Everest View Hotel, which offers stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest and other surrounding peaks. The trail provides a good opportunity to get used to the higher altitude while enjoying breathtaking scenery.

Explore Namche Bazaar:
Spend some time exploring the lively streets of Namche Bazaar. Visit the local markets, shops, and bakeries. You can buy souvenirs, trekking gear, or try some local delicacies.

Terrain: The trail initially descends to the Dudh Koshi River, passing through rhododendron and pine forests. After crossing a suspension bridge, the trail ascends steeply to Tengboche. The final stretch offers breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. check in room . overnight stay at tea hose lodge.

Day 06: Tengboche – Dingboche (4481m)

Distance: Approximately 6.8 miles (11 km)
Estimated Time: 5-6 hours
Terrain: The trail starts with a descent through rhododendron and birch forests, crossing the Imja Khola (river) via a suspension bridge. After the bridge, the trail ascends gradually, passing through picturesque villages and fields. As you continue, you’ll reach the village of Dingboche, nestled in a beautiful valley with stunning mountain views.check in room and overnight stay at Tea house lodge.

Day 07: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

During your acclimatization day in Dingboche, it’s essential to continue giving your body time to adjust to the higher altitude before ascending further. Dingboche is at a higher elevation, so taking a rest day here is crucial for proper acclimatization. Here are some activities you can do on your acclimatization day in Dingboche:

Nangkartshang Peak Hike:
Consider hiking up to Nangkartshang Peak, located just above Dingboche. It offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including Ama Dablam, Makalu, Lhotse, and Island Peak. The hike will help you acclimatize while rewarding you with breathtaking vistas.

Explore Dingboche Village:
Take a leisurely stroll around Dingboche village and immerse yourself in the local culture and lifestyle. Visit the local teahouses, interact with the friendly Sherpa people, and gain insights into their daily routines.

Attend a Health Talk:
Many trekking agencies and lodges organize health talks on altitude sickness and acclimatization. Attend one of these sessions to learn more about how to recognize the symptoms of altitude sickness and how to take care of yourself during the trek.

Day 08: Dingboche – Lobuche (4930m)

Distance: Approximately 4.3 miles (7 km)
Estimated Time: 4-5 hours
Terrain: The trail from Dingboche to Lobuche involves a gradual ascent along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. You’ll pass through Dughla (Thukla), where there are several memorial stupas dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest. The trail then continues with a steady climb until you reach the small settlement of Lobuche. check in room and overnight stay at Tea house lodge.

Day 09: Lobuche – Gorak Shep (5160m) – Base camp (5365m)

Distance: Approximately 2.5 miles (4 km)
Estimated Trekking Time: 2-3 hours
Terrain: The trail from Lobuche to Gorak Shep involves a relatively short and gradual ascent. You’ll trek along the rocky and glacial path, passing through the barren yet stunning terrain of the Khumbu region. After reaching Gorak Shep, you’ll have breathtaking views of Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, and other peaks. Check in Room. overnight stay at tea house lodge.

Note: afternoon after lunch will guide you for Explore Everest base camp.(3 to 4 hour round trip)

Day 10: Gorak Shep – Pheriche (4283m)

Distance: Approximately 8km (5 miles)
Estimated Trekking Time: 6 to 7 hour
Terrain: Early morning wake up and climb to the kalapather to see Sunrise view of Mt Everest including khumbu glacier, taking wonderful photo and back to lodge in kalapather. After breakfast leave Gorakchep and trek towards Pheriche. The trail passes through the village of Loubuche. You will enjoy spectacular views of Everest, Nuptse and other himalayan peaks. The trek is moderate and includes some ups and downs as you traverse the rugged terrain. Arrive in Pheriche, Check in Room and overnight stay at Lodge.

Day11: Pheriche – Namche bazaar (3500m)

Distance: Approximately 15km (9.3miles)
Estimated Trekking Time: 6 to 7 hour
Terrain: After breakfast start the journey to Namche bazaar. From pheriche taking the most common route. The trail includes a combination of ascents and descents, as it follows the Dudhkoshi River valley and crosses several suspension bridges along the way. The trek from pheriche to Namche Bazaar usually takes about 6 to 7 hour, depending on individual walking pace, weather conditions and rest breaks. Arrive in Namche bazaar. Check in room. Overnight stay at Tea house lodge.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar - Lukla(2800m)

Distance: Approximately 11km (7miles)
Estimated Trekking Time: 8 hour
Terrain: Leave Namche Bazaar and trek downhill to Pokhara, a village situated along the Dudhkoshi River. The trail offer mix of descents and flat sections, passing through picturesque landscapes and several suspension bridges. Get the phakding and continue trek to lukla, The getaway to the Everest Region. The trail includes some short uphill sections and follows the Dudhkoshi River valley. Upon reaching lukla, you can relax and celebrate the completion of your trek. Overnight stay at Lodge.

Day 13: Lukla to Kathmandu fly

After breakfast at lodge you will check in lukla airport. flight will be only in the morning time. your flight will be 35 to 40 minute to reach kahtmandu, depending on Traffic and weather conditions. The flight offer breathtaking of the himalayan mountain including Mt Everest. reaching kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 14: Free Day In Kathmandu
