Luxury Everest Base Camp or other adventures around the Nepal Himalayas trekkers must be aware beforehand. Nepal is a country of hills with the world’s highest mountain ranges and dramatic landscapes. The route to Everest Base Camp follows up and downhill with some gradual sections to enjoy. The first part of the adventure starts with pleasant walks on the gradual path with a few short steep ups to Jorsalle. On leaving Jorsalle and Dudh Koshi River, the trail leads to a steep, undulating climb for a few hours to Namche Bazaar. From Namche onward, the walks follow a wide and scenic winding up with a few hours of climbs to Tengboche Monastery. From Pangboche village, the walk gets easier with gentle ups to Dingboche; the rise in altitude makes the walks longer.

From Dingboche onward to Lobuche it is a short, winding climb to Thugla. It takes less than an hour to reach Thugla High Ridge, then gently up to Lobuche. The rise in altitude and thin air make the walks tiring and strenuous to Lobuche and Gorak Shep. From Gorak Shep, the walk is not so difficult, but the altitude and dry air. Making the walk strenuous and tiring, the last and hardest part of the adventure is the steep climb to the top of Kalapathar.
