Trip Overview
Itinerary of Ramdung go Peak Climbing
Day 1: Arrival to Kathmandu.
After landing flight at TIA, representative of Family Adventure trek will warmly receive you. We will move towards the hotel. We will enjoy delicious dinner at night. After dinner we will give brief description of the peak climbing program to Ramdung Peak.

Day 2: Kathmandu exploration and preparation for trek.
Today, we spend our day by sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley with guide. We will visit Pashupatinath, which is regarded as the holiest temple of Lord Shiva, Bouddhanath known as Little Tibet and to Swayambhunath known as Monkey Temple. From Swayambhunath, we drive to Kathmandu (Basantpur Durbar Square). Finally, we return hotel and prepare our trek for tomorrow.

Day 3: From Kathmandu Drive to Express bus or Land Cruiser Shigati 950m.
After the breakfast from Kathmandu, we have drive to northeast on the Highway which connects Kathmandu with Lhasa. Among the Kathmandu and Shigati following the Lamo sangu, we drive the Friendship Highway and take different way to Jiri. Earlier the motor able road Used to up to Dolakha, this days’ works there Tama Koshi Hydro Power Construction. Also we can drive up to Shigati to Dobhan and stay overnight at lodge.

Day 4: From Shigati to Jagat 1440m/4723 ft. 5/6 hrs.
After the breakfast we have to continue flat land and we cross the several stream and jungle with varieties of Rhododendron, Oak, Orchid and Other Vegetation Plant. Slowly being the cooling temperature Stay over Night at Camp Site.

Day 5: From Jagat to Simigaun 1,990m/6527 ft 5 hrs
Today we trek to Normal flat trail, then bit climb up and down through the ever green jungle. Follow the river bank narrow area, we crossing some of the suspension bridge and several villages with rice terrace and climb to Sherpa village Shimi gaun Stay Overnight at Camp Site. Part of the area people are mostly Buddhist and Hindus.

Day 6: From Simigaun to Kharka 2,900m/9512 ft 6 hrs
Today we pass some of the Sherpa village with beautiful Himalayan range, on clearing scenery view of Gaurishankar. Entering the Rolwaling valley is fascinating the Part of Simigaun continues to trekking towards Rolwaling Valley. The trail is more rocky and wooded ridge with ever green pine forest and we descend to the Rolwaling khola. Stay overnight at Camp site.

Day 7: From Kharka to Beding 3,690m/12,103 ft: 4 hrs
After the breakfast we are ascending uphill through different verities of the plant station and in more cooling into the forest with blue pine and rhododendron Forest continue to left bank of Rolwaling river. Along the deep valley, trail to at Tributary River from Mt. Gaurishankar and we enjoy the excellent views of Mt Gaurishankar and to rich the Beding Village Stay Overnight at Camp

Day 8: From Beding to Na 4,180m/13710 ft: 5 hrs
Today easy walk along the northern bank of the Rolwaling River begins our treks. We pass Beding Sherpa Village and Several Yak grazing and people busy to their field of buckwheat and barley with the Crestline formed by such as Checkio, Bamango and Konylemo rise on the 6000ers, we arrived at Buddhist monastery Guru Padma Shambhav left of the village. Trekking along valley floor surrounding by potato field And stay overnight at Camp site.

Day 9: From Na to Tsobung via Tso-Rolpa Lake 7 hrs
Today we trek through spectacular high alpine areas, high land rhododendron Juniper forests with Spectacular high passes, traditional and unspoiled rural villages, and we finally reach at Tso-Rolpa Lake. And Stay overnight at Camp Site.

Day 10: Explore Rest/Excursion around Tso-Rolpa Lake
Today we are Exploration day at Tso-Rolpa Lake; it is also Acute Mountain Sickness as well as ascends the terminal moraine to reach a delightful valley of the south side of the glacier. If interest to visit large porter Cabin under a huge overhanging rock.

Day 11: From Tso Rolpa Lake to Yalung RI Base Camp
Cooling Morning after the breakfast, we follow the trail to Yalung RI base camp which is not far from Na village. It’s usual supporting Trekking Peak to Acute Mountain Sickness before attempting to summit Ramdung Peak 5925 m. and we have set up our camp at Yalung RI base camp.

Day 12: From Yalung Ri Base Camp to Glacier Kharka
Today we are leaving Yalung RI Base Camp and After leaving Yalung RI base camp and contour around the terminal moraine ahead. we marker and the uphill climb to reach at Glacier Kharka and we will enjoy scenic Rolwaling panoramic view of the surrounding and stay overnight at camp site.

Day 13: From Glacier Kharka to Summit Ramdung Go peak 5925m
Today we will challenging and depart for summit before dawn. Glacier Kharka to climb up to summit is quite steep and it takes 6-7 hours. The reward at the summit is one of the world’s most fantastic Himalayan views you will ever experience on real life. After summit way down to Camp site.

Day 14: From Glacier Kharka to Drolumbau Glacier
Today we trek toward Drolumbau glacier. We walk continue to glaciers throughout the day and Explore the Signification views of the surrounding. The trail ascends through some uphill rock and a gradual walk on the Glacier Moraine and passing the rocky part of trail.

Day 15: From Drolumbau to Cross Tashi Lapcha Pass 5,755m 5 hrs
We are after the breakfast continues adventure path and more challenging cross Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m). From the pass, and view of Khumbu peak is excellent scenery. Some 100 meters over hanging rocky and snow glacier route which is similar some other difficult pass. Stay overnight at Camp Site.

Day 16: From Ngole to Thame 3,820m/12530 ft: 5 hrs
We already complete the adventure Challenging Experience and easy to trekking finally we will reach at Thame. A gradual descend brings us to Thame, the first Sherpa village in Everest region since Beding. There is a very old and interesting Monastery at the upper end of the village. So we can see more then more Excellent view Amma Dablem, Thamserku, Kwande Peak, Mt Everest and Lhotse etc. overnight stay at lodge.

Day 17: From Thame to Namche Bazaar 3,440m: 5 hrs
Today after the breakfast old trade route over the Nangpa-La into Tibet branches north, following the Bhote Koshi, which incidentally are the 2-3 rivers so named on this treks. The trail descends gently at first and then steeply to a bridge over the river Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga. Passing by several villages and numerous, more exciting Sherpa village Thampu and general trekking route to Namche Bazaar stay overnight at lodge.

Day 18: Lukla to Kathmandu 2800 m. 6 hrs
From Lukla we will catch the early morning flight to Kathmandu because the climate may be worse climate during day time. We will be at Kathmandu within 30 minutes. After landing at Kathmandu, we will move towards the hotel room. We will enjoy the leisure time at Kathmandu. We will have party at the night.

Day 19: Farewell
After having a night rest at Kathmandu, we will pack our luggage to march ourselves towards the international airport of Nepal. We have to reach at airport 3 hours before the flight. We will attend a small farewell program organized by Family Adventure trek. After then we will catch the flight to return back to the home country. We hope, while returning back to home country you will think for a re visit to Nepal. We hope for your better journey.
